Raunaq has been leading Hungama’s gaming business since 2013, Hungama Gameshastra is a joint venture between Hungama and Gameshastra. She manages the celebrity and movie partnerships for Hungama’s multiple digital products and extensions. She has been a part of the Bollywood Hungama leadership and content. team since 2009. Raunaq studied in Mumbai at Arya Vidya Mandir, Sophia College and Mumbai University before going on to work in the lifestyle and entertainment content space. She has over 21 years of experience in the content and media industry. After stints at Elle Magazine and Verve, she founded 3 publications, Indiawali Brides, Brides Now and Beautiful People at Ogaan Publications. She led the online content for the Publishing House, putting together the teams and content for fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, art and numerous other verticals. She has worked with Ogaan Publications as the Editor-in-Chief and is now Sr VP Publishing at Hungama. Raunaq is a Women in Games Ambassador and prioritises Mentoring with Aspire for Her, Soho House Asia’s Mumbai Mentoring Week and Google Play Appscale Academy.
